Painted Rubber Ducks
My girlfriend once told me she likes ducks - the cute yellow kind. So now every time I see a rubber duck, cute yellow or not, I considering buying it for her. Especially if it's on sale, because as anyone who knows me will tell you, I am one cheap fuck. As a result, my girlfriend is now a collector of ducks. Well anyway, she's a collecter-by-proxy at least, or perhaps better stated, a haver of ducks, seeing as how I keep getting them for her, and I think its only out of pity and kindness that she doesn't tell me, "Look, I just said I liked ducks. Not loved them."
What we have here on this page are two ducks I bought for her. (Body Shop clearance - 2 bucks a pop.) One I squigiled with glow in the dark paint. The other I painted to look like a duck on casual day at the office. I really can't say why. (Total time spent: 2+ hours.)
